You will automatically run inside a tube with many moving blocks. These blocks will present various challenges and difficulties due to their unpredictable changes and maximum speed. The race is endless until you touch a block in the tube.

Control and avoid all obstacles in the tunnel to get the highest score in the first-person perspective. The faster you run, the denser the obstacles become. You must use your reflexes and quick reactions to overcome them.
Death Run 3D includes four game modes
- Maelstrom: In Maelstrom mode, you will participate in running races with moving obstacles and will face unpredictable changes in pipes and moving obstacles.
- Superluminal: In Superluminal mode, the speed of the tunnel and obstacles increases, making the game even more challenging.
- Hyper Maelstrom: Hyper Maelstrom mode is an upgraded version of Maelstrom mode with faster speeds and more unpredictable changes.
- Hyper Superluminal: Hyper Superluminal mode is the most challenging mode, with the highest speed and most unpredictable changes.
